Although our packages differ in Xtrem´s, there are always the basic requirements for each sport. For each package your group organiser will be sent via E-mail an exact “what to bring” checklist, including the recommended clothing and personal necessities in order for you to participate.
For activities such as White-water rafting, Canyoning, and Diving, the basic requirements are:
- Bathing suit (to be worn under the wetsuit)
- A towel
- Backpack or other means of keeping your dry clothing and belongings from being misplaced.
- Glasses if you require such for vision, all glasses must be fixed with a band or “croakie” to ensure against loss during the activities.
What you also may bring along:
- Camera (waterproof disposable is highly recommended).
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses (for off the water, or at least fixed by appropriate means)

Important:
Depending on the location in which the activities take place, those official documents such as visas, passports, insurance details must be brought with you to ensure no complications arise to disrupt your holiday plans or those of your companions. All of these will be included on your “what to bring” checklist.
Swimming Abilities:
Every participant will be outfitted with the required apparel for each activity such as Lifejackets (Personal Flotation Device (PFD)), Neoprene wetsuit, helmets and correct foot protection, all of which add buoyancy in the water; however a basic ability is required.
